A simple cost effective way to dispose of all old flooring waste removed when new flooring is installed. Our goal is to convert 100% of all flooring industry waste into energy. Turning waste into watts offsets approximately one ton of greenhouse gases for every ton of waste processed significantly reducing the flooring industries carbon footprint. Each FiberLoop container diverts 2 cubic yards of flooring waste from being landfilled.

As the flooring industry continues to develop technology that will recycle old flooring products into new flooring products FiberLoop, LLC intends to divert portions of the energy from waste (EfW) stream to be recycled. Until then each FiberLoop container creates a minimum 600 kilowatt hours of electricity saving approximately 1 barrel of fuel oil.

• What is FiberLoop?

  FiberLoop is a systematic method for floorcovering dealers and end users to efficiently recycle old flooring material using energy from waste (EfW) technology.

• How does FiberLoop work?

  FiberLoop has developed a “box” which can be affixed to a 40”x48” pallet creating a 40”x48”x48” container. The pallet is supplied by the customer. This container can hold approximately 200 square yards of carpet. This “box” is shipped with a “lid”.

  For every ton of trash processed by Energy-from-Waste plants, one ton less of carbon dioxide equivalent is released into the air.
